The cost of insulating the exterior walls of your building will depend on a number of variables.
1.Firstly what type of building do you want insulated?
Is it a terraced house and bungalow or a detached house etc.
2. What type of insulation material do you want to use?
We use mineral wool, polystyrene and polyurethane foam.
3. What type of finish do you want?
You can have a cement finish, a plaster or a synthetic finish.
4. How long does it take to complete the job?
The longer we spend on site the more labour costs are incurred, luckily we are super efficient and don't waste time so you will only pay for time spent doing the job.
The cost of external wall insulation per m2 will depend on the type of insulation you use, mineral wool, polystyrene and polyurethane foam. It will also depend on the depth of materal used and the area to be covered, the ecomonies of scale apply, the greater the area the lower the cost.
External wall insulation if correctly applied can last up to 80 years.
How do I get a quote?
First Step
Do you know what type of insulation and finish you want. Is it mineral wool, polystyrene and polyurethane foam. What type of finish do you want is it a cement, a plaster or a synthetic finish.
Or is it a commercial property or shed?
Second Step
What is the approximate area that you want to insulate? If you don't know what type of property it is, 3 bed semi detached, 2 bed terraced house, bungalow etc.
Third Step
Contact us with the above details and we can give you an approximate quote over the phone or by email but the only way to get an accurate quote is to get a FREE site inspection.
